2016 NEWRnet Annual Meeting

Date: Friday, April 15, 2016.

Time of meeting: Approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The third annual group meeting with consortium members from Delaware, Rhode Island and Vermont. University of Rhode Island, Bay Campus on April 15, 2016.

Registration Fee: $20 includes lunch. Please make checks payable to URI.

Accommodations: We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn, 20 Hotel Drive, South Kingstown, RI 02879 (FYI for maps and searches: This area of South Kingstown is also referred to as Wakefield.) The room rate is $95 plus tax per night and includes the breakfast buffet and wireless high speed Internet throughout the hotel. You must reserve your room by March 15, 2016 to secure this rate.

Pre-meeting events: If you are able to arrive before 7:00, we will organize team dinners (sensors, social dimensions, executive Team, EOD). We will include our advisory team members in those dinners. Sidney McNairy and Francois Birgand have been invited. Dr. Birgand is confirmed.
